We run a small resort style property in Groveland, CA with an outdoor shop. The only property insurance we could get was through the Fair Plan. Most agents we contacted either wouldn't or couldn't help us. We finally found Ken and Glynis at Blake Elliot and they got us an initial quote which helped moved forward our commercial loan. A few months later, in the 11th hour of closing, the bank required a handful of changes to the policy. Glynis worked with us to navigate the Fair Plan to help us meet the banks new requirements in time. She was kind, helpful, prompt and very professional - seriously we couldn't have asked for more from our agent! Thank you!!
